• Acceptable use — no unlawful, deceptive, or abusive sending; you are responsible for consent and compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
• Warmup Pool license — participating mailboxes exchange warmup mail under a limited, revocable license.
• Billing & cancellation — flat per-workspace subscriptions; cancel anytime, service runs to the end of the period.
• Liability — the service is provided "as is", with liability limited as set out in the full terms.
• Governing law — Wyoming, United States.
