• Named subprocessors — Supabase (database), Google Cloud (compute), Stripe (billing), and email/verification providers.
• GDPR & CCPA controls — confirmed self-serve account deletion, campaign-lead CSV export, and broader portability requests by email.
• Data retention — tracking events 90 days, rendered message bodies 30 days, bounce records 365 days, and Lead Finder results/run history 180 days.
