How much does Bulk Email Boxer cost?
Bulk Email Boxer starts at $40/month for Starter with 10,000 emails/month, a 2,000/day workspace cap, 20,000 leads per import, and 1 seat. Growth is $90/month with 3 seats; Scale is $350/month with 10 seats. All plans include unlimited connected mailboxes and optional warmup controls.
Is Bulk Email Boxer an Instantly alternative?
Yes. Bulk Email Boxer is an own-mailbox alternative to Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, and Apollo Outbound. Starter is $40/month with 10,000 sends, unlimited connected mailboxes, and one workspace seat.
Does Bulk Email Boxer include email warmup?
Yes. Every paid plan includes two separate opt-in controls: an optional 15-day cap on real campaign sends and an optional mailbox Warmup Pool that exchanges generic messages and replies with other participating mailboxes.
What email providers are supported?
Any provider with SMTP + IMAP. Tested with Gmail / Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 / Outlook.com, Yahoo, Zoho, Fastmail, and any custom SMTP relay. Authentication is via app-passwords.
Do you support unlimited mailboxes?
Yes. Connected mailboxes are unlimited. Workspace seats are included by tier: 1 on Starter, 3 on Growth, and 10 on Scale.
What compliance controls are included?
Outbound campaign email includes unsubscribe handling and RFC 8058 List-Unsubscribe headers. Account deletion is available through a confirmed self-serve flow; campaign leads can be exported as CSV, and broader portability requests go to [email protected]. Customers remain responsible for the lawfulness and content of their outreach.
How does connected-mailbox sending work?
Bulk Email Boxer submits mail through Gmail, Outlook, or SMTP mailboxes you connect. You configure per-mailbox limits and campaign windows; provider policy and recipient systems still determine delivery and inbox placement.
How do configurable send windows work?
Each campaign has its own timezone (default America/New_York) and a start/end hour (default 9-5 weekdays). Sends respect those hours, no Saturday-night blasts. If you upload a CSV with a per-lead timezone column we use that for per-recipient timing; otherwise the campaign timezone applies. We can't auto-detect a recipient's timezone from just an email address, neither can anyone else.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. The 7-day trial requires no credit card and includes 100 total sends, 2 connected mailboxes, and 100 Lead Finder credits. Paid verification credits are separate.
Do you offer agency / multi-workspace billing?
Yes. Each workspace bills separately at the standard $40 / $90 / $350 tiers. For agencies running 5+ client workspaces, contact [email protected] for volume pricing.
Where is data hosted?
All customer data is hosted on Supabase (Postgres in AWS us-east-2). Backend services run on Google Cloud Run in us-central1. Encryption at rest for sender app-passwords. SOC 2 Type II compliance is on the roadmap for Q3 2026.
What does cancellation look like?
Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. Service runs through the end of the current billing period, then access ends. Campaign leads can be exported as CSV in-app; privacy requests for a broader machine-readable copy can be sent to [email protected].
Do you offer refunds?
Subscription charges are non-refundable as a matter of policy because you can cancel anytime before the next billing cycle to stop future charges. If you believe a charge was made in error, email [email protected] within 7 days and we will review the request and may grant a full or partial refund at our discretion. Email Verifier credit packs are non-refundable once delivered, but credits never expire so you can use them whenever you need.
