How much does Bulk Email Boxer cost?
Bulk Email Boxer starts at $40/month for the Starter plan (10,000 emails/month, 20,000 leads, warmup included). Growth is $90/month for 200,000 emails. Scale is $350/month for 1,000,000 emails. All plans include unlimited connected mailboxes and automatic warmup.
Is Bulk Email Boxer an Instantly alternative?
Yes. Bulk Email Boxer is a direct alternative to Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, and Apollo Outbound. The Starter plan at $40/month undercuts Instantly's $47/month entry tier and gives you roughly double the volume. We don't charge per-mailbox add-ons, and warmup is bundled.
Does Bulk Email Boxer include email warmup?
Yes, automatic warmup is included on every paid plan. Warmup ramps daily volume gradually and exchanges replies/stars with a peer pool to build sender reputation on new domains.
What email providers are supported?
Any provider with SMTP + IMAP. Tested with Gmail / Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 / Outlook.com, Yahoo, Zoho, Fastmail, and any custom SMTP relay. Authentication is via app-passwords.
Do you support unlimited mailboxes?
Yes. Connect 1 or 50 mailboxes, same monthly price. There are no per-mailbox or per-seat add-on fees on any plan.
Are emails GDPR and CAN-SPAM compliant?
Every outbound email includes a working unsubscribe link, the sender's postal address, and the RFC 8058 List-Unsubscribe + List-Unsubscribe-Post headers required by Gmail and Yahoo as of 2024. Users have GDPR rights including data export and right-to-erasure self-serve from settings.
What's the deliverability difference vs shared-IP tools?
Bulk Email Boxer dispatches through your own real mailboxes. You build domain reputation on your own infrastructure rather than depending on a shared pool. Shared-IP pools get rate-limited and blocklisted regularly; your own mailbox doesn't.
How do configurable send windows work?
Each campaign has its own timezone (default America/New_York) and a start/end hour (default 9-5 weekdays). Sends respect those hours, no Saturday-night blasts. If you upload a CSV with a per-lead timezone column we use that for per-recipient timing; otherwise the campaign timezone applies. We can't auto-detect a recipient's timezone from just an email address, neither can anyone else.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, 14-day trial, no credit card required. You can connect mailboxes, send a small test campaign, and verify deliverability before paying.
Do you offer agency / multi-workspace billing?
Yes. Each workspace bills separately at the standard $40 / $90 / $350 tiers. For agencies running 5+ client workspaces, contact [email protected] for volume pricing.
Where is data hosted?
All customer data is hosted on Supabase (Postgres in AWS us-east-2). Backend services run on Google Cloud Run in us-central1. Encryption at rest for sender app-passwords. SOC 2 Type II compliance is on the roadmap for Q3 2026.
What does cancellation look like?
Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. Service runs through the end of the current billing period, then access ends. No retention pressure, no exit fees. Your data is exportable as CSV at any time.
Do you offer refunds?
Subscription charges are non-refundable as a matter of policy because you can cancel anytime before the next billing cycle to stop future charges. If you believe a charge was made in error, email [email protected] within 7 days and we will review the request and may grant a full or partial refund at our discretion. Email Verifier credit packs are non-refundable once delivered, but credits never expire so you can use them whenever you need.
