Data Processing Addendum

This Data Processing Addendum ("DPA") describes how Sabkri LLC ("processor") handles personal data on behalf of Bulk Email Boxer customers ("controller") when providing the service. It reflects how the product actually works today.

Scope and roles

The controller decides what personal data to process (for example, contact lists loaded for campaigns or verification). The processor handles that data only to provide the service — sending campaigns, verifying addresses, finding leads, and related support — and acts on documented instructions from the controller.

Subprocessors

• Reoon Technologies — performs the live email-verification check. Addresses submitted for verification are transmitted to Reoon for this purpose.
• Supabase — authentication and primary database (hosted on Google Cloud infrastructure).
• Google Cloud — hosting for the application and data stores.
• Stripe — payment processing (billing contact and card data handled by Stripe under its own privacy terms).
• Google Analytics / Microsoft Clarity — anonymous marketing-site traffic measurement only; authenticated product pages are excluded from session recording.

We will notify customers of new subprocessors and give a reasonable window to object before they handle personal data.

Retention and deletion

Controller data — including verification results and Lead Finder results — is retained until the controller deletes the workspace or erases the account, whichever comes first. There is no fixed 30-day purge of verification inputs or results. On termination of services or an erasure request, processor data is deleted from active systems; backup copies expire on the backup retention schedule.

Security measures

TLS encryption in transit, encrypted credential storage at rest, least-privilege operator access, and managed infrastructure patching.

Assistance and rights

On request, we will help the controller respond to data-subject requests (access, rectification, erasure, portability) within the capabilities of the product's workspace settings and erasure tools.
