Why Bulk Email Boxer exists
Most cold email tools fall into one of two camps:
- SaaS with shared sending IPs, fast to set up, but your domain reputation rides on whatever everyone else on that IP is doing. One neighbour spams, your inbox rate cliff-drops.
- Sequencers without warmup, they queue mail through your own mailbox, but skip the daily volume ramp that builds sender reputation on a fresh domain. You get blacklisted in week two.
We built Bulk Email Boxer for the middle ground: send through your own connected mailboxes, opt into a 15-day campaign-send ramp when a mailbox needs it, and use send-window scheduling with recipient-timezone support.
What's in the box
- Real mailbox sending. Connect your own mailboxes, any provider with SMTP/IMAP. We never touch your DNS, your reputation, your domain.
- Two explicit warmup controls. The default-off 15-day ramp caps real campaign sends; the separate Warmup Pool can exchange generic peer messages and replies only after per-mailbox consent.
- Timezone-aware delivery. Campaigns can send inside the configured window using recipient timezone data when available.
- Deliverability monitoring. SPF / DKIM / DMARC checks per sender, with health status and setup guidance; DNS changes remain yours.
- Sequencing with conditions. Use open/click conditions after tracking-domain verification; replies stop the sequence. Growth and Scale add subject/body A/B testing.
What we don't do
- Send through our IPs (we don't have any, your mailbox is the relay).
- Buy lead lists. Bring your own.
- Hide bounces. If a campaign is hurting your reputation, we tell you.
Where we are
The product is live with public sign-up and a 7-day trial. The trial includes 100 total sends, 2 mailboxes, 100 Lead Finder credits, and the Starter feature set.
