What we believe

• Cold email should run through mailboxes you connect, with limits and credentials under your control.
• Warmup should be opt-in and understandable. Every paid plan includes the optional campaign ramp and mailbox Warmup Pool controls.
• Pricing should be flat per workspace. Connected mailboxes are unlimited; included seats are capped at 1, 3, or 10 by tier.
• Deliverability standards (RFC 8058, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, list-unsubscribe headers) are defaults, not premium add-ons.
